Around Education accepts no liability for any rejections made by universities, consulates, or immigration authorities.
If a student chooses to apply to institutions not recommended by Around Education or outside our recognised partner network, we shall not be responsible for the outcome of such applications, and any Admission Guarantee offered will not apply.
Around Education will not cover, reimburse, or be held liable for any costs relating to application fees, standardised tests (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL, GRE), visa processing fees, or any other external charges incurred by the student.

6. Refund Policy
By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- University/Embassy/Authority Refunds: Any refund of application fees, tuition deposits, or visa-related charges shall be strictly governed by the refund policies of the respective university, embassy, or external authority. Around Education exercises no control over such refunds and accepts no liability for their processing, timelines, or outcomes
- Rejections: Refunds, where applicable, in cases of rejection by universities, embassies, or visa authorities shall be determined solely in accordance with the policies of the respective institution or authority. Around Education has no influence over such matters and bears no responsibility for the processing or outcome of refunds.
- Change of Plans: No refunds shall be issued where you voluntarily withdraw from pursuing overseas education due to personal, professional, or any other reasons.
- Incomplete Submissions: Refunds shall not apply where delays, refusals, or failures arise as a result of incomplete or non-submission of required documents, or lack of timely communication on your part.
- Exceptions: Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, entirely at the sole discretion of Around Education and subject to an internal review process. Where such refunds are approved, administrative charges together with applicable taxes shall be deducted prior to payment.

11. Termination of Services

Any waiver must be made in writing and duly authorised by the Company. The waiver of one instance shall not constitute a continuing waiver or prevent the Company from enforcing its rights in the future.
