1. Nature of the Initiative

The Arumughan Bursary and the NANI Initiative (Nurturing Aspirants, Nourishing Inspiration) are founder-led initiatives undertaken independently by the founder of Around Education as part of a personal commitment to giving back to society. These initiatives are designed to support deserving aspirants through guidance, mentorship, or limited financial or non-financial assistance, as deemed appropriate.

Participation in or support under these initiatives does not create any contractual, employment, agency, or partnership relationship between the beneficiary and Around Education.

2. Voluntary and Discretionary Support

Support provided under these initiatives is purely voluntary in nature and is extended at the sole discretion of the founder.

All support is subject to:

  • Defined eligibility criteria
  • Availability of funds or resources
  • Individual assessment of applications or requests

Around Education does not guarantee:

  • Admission to any institution
  • Visa approval
  • Scholarships, bursaries, or financial assistance
  • Academic, career, or migration outcomes

Decisions taken by the founder regarding selection, nature, extent, or discontinuation of support shall be final and binding.

3.Non-CSR Clarification

The Arumughan Bursary and the NANI Initiative do not constitute Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes under the Companies Act, 2013 or any other applicable law.

These initiatives are not governed by statutory CSR obligations, reporting requirements, or regulatory oversight applicable to CSR activities. They are personal, philanthropic efforts and should not be interpreted as corporate commitments of Around Education.

4. No Legal or Financial Obligation

Nothing contained in these initiatives shall be construed as creating:

  • A legal obligation
  • A financial liability
  • A promise or assurance of continued support

 

Around Education and its founder shall not be held liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect loss, damage, or expense
  • Decisions made by third parties (universities, embassies, institutions, or authorities)
  • Outcomes arising from reliance on guidance or support provided under these initiatives

Beneficiaries acknowledge that participation is at their own discretion and risk.

5. Right to Modify or Withdraw

The founder reserves the absolute right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or withdraw these initiatives
  • Change eligibility criteria, scope, or form of support
  • Discontinue support at any stage

Such changes may be made with or without prior notice and shall take effect immediately upon publication or internal decision.

By applying for or accepting support under these initiatives, applicants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
