The Arumughan Bursary and the NANI Initiative (Nurturing Aspirants, Nourishing Inspiration) are founder-led initiatives undertaken independently by the founder of Around Education as part of a personal commitment to giving back to society. These initiatives are designed to support deserving aspirants through guidance, mentorship, or limited financial or non-financial assistance, as deemed appropriate.
Participation in or support under these initiatives does not create any contractual, employment, agency, or partnership relationship between the beneficiary and Around Education.
Support provided under these initiatives is purely voluntary in nature and is extended at the sole discretion of the founder.

The Arumughan Bursary and the NANI Initiative do not constitute Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes under the Companies Act, 2013 or any other applicable law.
These initiatives are not governed by statutory CSR obligations, reporting requirements, or regulatory oversight applicable to CSR activities. They are personal, philanthropic efforts and should not be interpreted as corporate commitments of Around Education.
