We are seeking a Marketing & Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our study abroad services, engaging with potential students and parents, building strong institutional partnerships,

and driving student enrolments. You will plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage lead generation activities, and ensure seamless conversion through counselling support. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven

What is Expected

Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Identify and engage prospective students through calls, emails, social media, and education fairs.
  • Follow up on enquiries and convert them into counselling sessions and applications.

Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Promote Around Education’s services through digital campaigns, seminars, webinars, and workshops.
  • Support in creating marketing materials (social media content, brochures, flyers, etc.).
  • Assist in brand-building and awareness initiatives across target regions.
  • Understand students’ aspirations and guide them to appropriate study abroad options.
  • Work closely with counsellors to ensure students receive accurate information on courses, universities, and processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, training partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Represent Around Education at education expos, career fairs, and promotional events.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly enrolment and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and sales activities in CRM tools.

Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Work with internal teams (counsellors, operations, and marketing) to streamline the student journey.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.

Your Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or student counselling (experience in the education/overseas consultancy sector is an advantage).
  • Proven track record in achieving sales or enrolment targets.
